I think 15 lates and 15 street stocks is a good turnout, considering you have 2 tracks running within 25 miles of each other. I enjoyed my night of racing over there, good action in the lates and street stocks, I don't know why your bitchin so much but hey don't let the gate hit you in the azz on the way out. <_< I only see a few things that needs improving, 1 they need a faster or better tow truck guy to clear the track and 2nd you need speakers on the turn 4 side, a lot of people were siting over there and many said they couldn't hear the announcer. I'm sure they know they have a ways to go but if they get better every week with the improvements, that's all you can ask for. ;)

The amount of cars is'nt the problem. It's the race one lap and caution for six.....then race one more lap and caution......and then .....well you get the idea. How can you consider that B.S. a good race or entertaining for anyone watching. 16 lates and 6 finish 45 minutes later......yippee ! I regretted my decision to spend my money there an hour into the evening. Oh and about the gate hitting me.......don't worry about that .......last night would have been the only chance it had of hitting me in the azz on my way out and IT was even too slow to do that.

Rome wasn't built in a day folks! It was their second race for goodness sake, give them some time. Every track I've been to has a night where it's a caution fest, but then the next time your there it may run nearly caution free, which by the way is more the racer's fault than the tracks! You should have been at Port for the first race this year, after the 5th red flag and hour into the feature I left! Everyone needs to settle down and be patient, including drivers and fans, it will get better. The most important thing here is you have a new track owner/promoter that is trying, and as long as he keeps trying it will improve. So either shut up and stop bashing the place or step up and offer the man some help, I'm sure Jeff will be glad to have you help. And by help I mean actual help, not advice! Go work the tow truck if it's too slow, which it probably was, but those folk on the truck were trying.

I made it up last night finally. My only complaint was the tow trucks.. tibbens just sat there all night.. there was a tgree car wreck in turn 3 n 4 and he never even got in his truck..other then thathad fun. On a side note that chevy cobalt ib the fwd is crazy fast... they announced he had to add 250 lbs. Lol won't help..

Let us straighten out about how racesaver sprint rules work.We are in the western pa. racesaver sprint region. This group only formed last year and only raced at Dog Hollow.Other cars from other regions can come here to race but if there is a race in there region on the same night they will be penalized and start at the rear at their next event. They have about 20 cars signed up in this region. There was supposed to be three cars out of New York that did not show.We were disappointed also.We will hope that the cars will come next week. And about the purse, their purse is by far the lowest around and is very affordable. One more thing about the modifieds,we would have them but Jeff got zero interest form owners when he was trying to figure out what classes to run. Thanks for support of the fans that have come out to see us trying to make it happen. We know you can not make everyone happy and hope all are tracks prosper.

Thanks for the explanation Chuck. I wasn't sure if the 305's were running under the PASS banner, or if they were a seperate region still affiliated with Racesaver. Also, in my previous post, I meant to put that the 305 payouts aren't very high. My biggest disappointment last night, was that I wasn't able to be there.

Keep your chins up, most reasonable people realize that not everything goes perfect every night, especially when you're just getting started.

I wish amp no ill will. Wish the tracks would work together. As far as a caution fest, the few times I was ever at the track there were always a lot of cautions. I don't think it has anything to do with track operation but more to to with the layout of the track. It is tight, narrow and hard to pass without contact. Hard to change that.
