heres my thought they should stay Saturday night but run in cohesion with amp week on week off that way they both can run Saturday night and make it so there is a points deal goin on between the two tracks and or im a micro driver and I know that if they want to bring the 270 micro sprints in they definatly should because I know that in the area close to hummingbird there are at least 6 that I know of and if you advertise it right like on microracing.com or even on here oyu can draw a good amount of cars especially if the first race has a decent payout not like 1000 dollars or anything but like a 500 to win marion center just came out and said they wanted to run 270's again and wham they got a great car count and since jeff had not givin the 270s a shot at amp this could be a good opportunity for hummingbird to mix it up alil and maby bring in a new weeky class even the 600 micro sprints would be great there are a lot of 600 drivers around the area

They gotta do something, i think if the bird paid more that would help in its own. i hear alot of drivers complain about that. but they are not doing the work to keep the cars. Amp is tryin and doin mostly the right things right now, the bird better do something quick. car count should be higher than it has been from what i have seen the couple times i have gone.

AMP opening on and running the same classes of cars as hummingbird is what hurt, made for low car counts at both tracks. One New old track opens and may close another, did this really help the local dirttrack racing?

Low car counts at AMP? Have you been there? 16+ lates, 15+ streets, 11-13 pures, and a large amount of 4 cylinders.

soon enough someone will reply to this stating something like "go buy a track and run it your way". I totally agree with everything you said. one of these two places needs to switch to Fridays. otherwise neither place will survive. its common sense. dog hollow guys are gonna be looking for a place to go on Fridays, some of them will make the haul to lernerville but not everyone. AMP will pull cars from hummingbird on a Friday night, hummingbird will pull cars from AMP on a Saturday night, or visa-versa. with 3 Saturday night tracks competing against each other, it'll never work out.

Looking at the results it seems the only Dog Hollow car that went to Lernerville was Mike Blose.
None went to Bedford.
Maybe all the Dog Hollow cars just went to Marion Center on Saturday night but I have yet to see full results from there.
And you are correct three tracks on Saturday night relatively close to each other will not work. History has proven that twice so far for one track.
I can't really see Dog Hollow sitting closed too long. Just a guess on my part but I could see someone leasing it or outright buying it and running Friday nights again. Who knows???
