bring back Kevin Ruic and Terry Adams!!! this works on asphalt but hardly on dirt...spectator drags, kids gold rush, bike races, bring em all back!!!!

One of the greatest novelty races I have ever seen is Delawre Internationals "Slide for 5". After the last feature, water the track and turn it into snot. Line up 50 - 60 fullsize American made, rear wheel drive sedans on BALD tires and throw the green. First car to actually make 5 laps wins. Trust me I have watched hard core sprit car fans sit in the stands and just roll watching these (Yes, I was one of them).

I think 5 is perfect, 3 main classes and 2 support classes.

9 divisions , 49 for the pits every week and each division should have 7 Cars and break them all into 2 heat races

Four classes is probably too many, but it fits into the 3 to 3 1/2 hour time frame if the show is run efficiently. Other than that, three divisions are adequate.

I would say 4 to 5 classes if like the majority here said the show cam be done in 3.5- 4 hours and definately have the support classed lead up to the premier calss of the track but was just wondering if a compact truck class would be better than a fwd class any opinions ?

A track should have no more than 3 divisions, a headliner, a limited class of some sort, and a stock class. If you have more than one stock class of any sort, you are doing it wrong. Two regular divisions like Grandview is even better. Lernerville gets an exception from this logic because there is no middle division. There are three headliners and a stock class.
