The rules were opened up for the ps and ss because there were not many cars supporting that place at first. When dh closed the 4 bbls were allowed so those guys had somewhere to race and the car count about doubled in that class. Rules were opened up for a few weeks for the ss and look how many showed up. There was 27 for the Sunday show that they had! They stopped allowing the berts and look how many they had last week! I don't think anyone is dominating either of those classes that I know of so i don't understand trying to chase cars away especially with how many tracks are struggling to get cars. I got to see first hand how the favoritism goes at that place and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth personally. Was thinking of maybe going back this week but seems like things arent changing for the better. I had a great time at Marion center last week. Or could always try the bird! Way too many places to choose from for ppl running things to treat a few special at the cost of others!

Dylchris.......As we all know....racing is a competitive sport! But some people carry it too far! Racers are racing each other at the parts store....tire store....engine shop.... decal shop.... chassis builder.... fuel dealer....and at the track! Everyone has a better deal than the other guy! Personally...I never understood this! Lets just leave it on the track! Then there is the Pecking Order....like wild animals Some people drive that way as well! And we all have those people that just can't pass us even if they are faster! Problem is....not all racing people are the sharpest knives in the drawer! And Generally act accordingly! Unfortuniatley...if you are having issiues with another driver....its not going to stop till someone makes there point! Now you..... Like myself ......are educated and probably don't understand why it has to be this way! Thats the Pecking Order part of the sport! Imtimidation! All foolishness in my book! Everyone should just go out and race and have fun! because for the kind of money its costing...its not worth it otherwise! IN THE END RESULT.. It doesn't really matter! No one remembers you....no one cares....and your not getting %15 of your groceries at Giant Eagle if you won last week! And can the size of your Tow Rig be compared to the male sex organ???? Some people think so! It all boils down to EGO! 20 years ago I raced with a guy that was allways going to "Spank them Boys" I got so tierd of hearing it I spun him out one night after he chopped me like 4 times! Two weeks later he spun me out in fast laps! Guess he showed me! As I said in the earlier post! The track needs to step in and stop people from foolish behavior! Its thier responsibility! But some people just aren't cut out for that! Good Luck with the rest of your season!

That is all well and good; but what he did was a willfull act to cause harm or injury; that my friend is reckless endangerment, this time, the next time it may be more serious if something is not done about it. We have turned teh other cheek for this guy many times and it is not happening again.

Mark,
This is not about the Fenton's and him. this is about his constant behavior problems, using his car as a projectile in the pits and spinning people out on the track and bragging about it, to have nothing done about it. I do not need to prove to him that we can race with him; that has been proven, actually that is when the problems with him starts. The last thing I will ever do is shake his hand, I have no time and only ill feelings for him. I am not alone in this either; I am just the one that is fed up to the point that I am not going to let it drop. there are several avenues to fix this, I have had many people contact me about witnessing the event as well, and willing to make witness statements.

when Jeff bought the track everyone around was happy that the place was going to re-open me included and we were all glad to see such hard work going into a place that we all spent a lot of time at . jeff didn't want to open until 2014 but everyone wined so much that he finally said ok we will open this year . then there was a rules meeting for everyone to speak their minds and vote on the rules in every class pure stocks voted on theirs , street stocks voted on theirs and late models and semi late models and four cyliders everyone got their say being that the four cylinder meeting was running long they kind of cut the street stocks short , i remember one guy asking if there would be some kind of weight reduction for cars with 355 or 358 engines and he was never answered because the late model drivers were waiting in the wings .now here is my point first of all you all and me too asked for this and guess what we got it! the pure stocks are now running 4 barrell carbs and you can run welded weight jacks if you add 100 pounds for everything that was not stated in the original rules ... and the street stocks since the meeting .....bert transmissions are legal, no tail pieces and who knows what else was added .now as for luke being a heated , aggressive driver with a short temper well he probably would agree with that ,it seems like all the bad things he does makes the news but the good things he does never gets a peep of news . i am telling you for a fact he has helped a lot of guys in the pits ( me included) with things when they needed help and as far as him and denny maybe they should park on the front stretch and shake hands and bury the hatchet before someone gets seriously hurt . and by the way Scott fenton is another guy who does a lot for anyone in need of help and i thank them both for that . it has been a long season, maybe we all need this season to be over and let everyone cool down . i have heard there are some track changes coming for next year that should make for better racing and more passing . so let me end on this note .... i attended the race at the asphalt track last week and i have seen more fan reaction at a funeral than that place has ,it is good to see the fans at A.M.P standing and cheering their favorite drivers that what makes dirt fans the best people in the world , pick a car a driver and scream your head off nobody else will even give you a second glance it is just normal behavior !!!! here is an idea let Luke and Denny run a king of the hill this week and get all this over with once and for all, get out at the end and shake each others hands .

Luke has history of throwing a fit when things don't go his way. I remember being up at Clinton in 2011 when he lost the points title revving his engine and throwing things in his pits.

If I was the crew member I would be pressing charges. That is assault with intent to bodily harm a person. If the track don't do it let the police handle the matter.

The pot calling the kettle black. Please show me anyone who has never seen Denny drive dirty and ill shake your hand. I'm not saying the off track episode was justified by any means, but Denny is no saint either on the track.

I have also been at the same drivers meetings that everyone else has. No one says a word. Jeff does his weekly update and everyone just stands there...then come on racestud and bitch. Not calling anyone out, but why don't people speak up?
