What about the cr9 car u guys showing up?I sure hope to see this race draw a lot of cars but some are just way too far fetched to happen. If guys like Covert, Blose, Senic, Meyers, or Spence show I'd be truly shocked!

I've been a Blose fan for some time, but he's more likely to go run with the Steel Block junk at the Chilli next weekend and chase the easy money than run the Pittsburgher.
Now that I say that, I can just as easily see myself reading that Rob Blair plans on running at AMP next week rather than PPMS.
One thing is for certain, now that somebody took charge and did what the Miley's were too shortsighted and cheap to do by restoring the Pittsburgher to what it always should've been, Ole Abe will be in the house.

Kent Robinson will be making a rare visit to PA this weekend! This is shaping up to be a better field of cars than the Firecracker.
How did you hear about him?

Between these guys, the locals and my list above.... they should get 70+ cars. Good cars at that.

Any idea if Stuhler will come down? He used to always hit up the Pittsburgher when it was a bigger race. I would be fine with 50. You know how these deals are where drivers say they will come then don't show. One good thing is the weather looks to be fan freaking tastic. So nobody can use weather as an excuse not to show.

I kinda figured on Stuhler for that reason, but like you said who knows with these guys. It wouldn't surprise me to see Ruhlman, Rhebergen, Hedman and maybe DuPont too from up north. Plus there's always a surprise, at least when the Pittsburgher was this big in the past!

gearhead - this might be best pgher since we were wayyyy younger lol. I feel like there will be around 50 late models 40 crates and 30 emods. If we get that I think for 50 dollars for both days this is a bargain. we will be racing to midnight or later both nights if we get this many cars.
I agree, way younger and way skinnier in my case. lol. I think it's a good thing that they were planning on parking the modified haulers in the pit parking area outside the gate.
