Damn, those Chevelles look good. Here's a few from Heidelberg in 1971, They were taken with a pocket instamatic, so quality is far from professional:
Glenn Gault
Don Gregory:
Stormin' Norman Benning on the scales:
Tony Diano:
Can't remember this one- Delmar Clark maybe?
And a couple claimers from the last year of the division:
Bill Burns:
Bob Fink with Carl DiBeradin on the hauler far left:

Damn, those Chevelles look good.
The cars at Heidelberg were gorgeous racecars, whether Chevelles, Fairlanes, Torinos, Mustangs, Buicks, Pontiacs, or the few Mopars. Used to stand at the end of the front straightaway, and watch the cars coming out of the fourth turn, amazing!!!

I spent my share of time at Heidelberg. I know they were great looking cars. That's why I like the way the street stocks look down at Bedford,Hagerstown and Winchester. The cars at Heidelberg were gorgeous racecars, whether Chevelles, Fairlanes, Torinos, Mustangs, Buicks, Pontiacs, or the few Mopars.
