This could be the worst Pittsburgher ever, what does the rush saturday race pay? How about cadets, ect? Not one metion about what it is to win or the high pit prices, ect? Almost one month away people would like to know.

At least they are going to try something. I was going to be there for three days anyway so im cool with that. Ndrl would have been nice but this just goes to show you that just cause something seems good, doesnt mean it is. Although its wishful thinking I hope they pack the place with cars and fans and have a good race.

I highly doubt you will have the crowd with this Pittsburgher now compared to seeing bloomquist and other big names. Time will tell legend.

Clearly this won't draw the crowd last years did , but it will be a back gate bonanza .... And possibly be more profitable .... If last years event made money the NDRL might still exist ...

So much for the experts that said big money and big names there would make money. If last years race was successful it would happen again.

The scary part of thus is the race is back under the Miley's. They tried to rig the race for Jared two tears ago.

I bet the crap purse will be a secret until the see what the attendance is. This place just keeps spiraling downward under failed management.

That race had to be a success! Just because one race out of the many made money doesn't mean the full picture was a failure.

It's hard to say if it was or not ... He had to profit beyond what the charged to lease the place in order to make a profit and I assume the lease payment was more than they expected to make having the race on their own ...

I wouldn't be so sure the Pittsburgher was a financial success for the NDRL. I don't know that any of the races they held even came close to making any money.

BHH last year they were " playing with the houses money " after December they weren't anymore lol, the races all lost money , you can't have those purses and point funds without major corporate sponsors or a guy who's forest Lucas loaded and the NDRL had neither

If it made money, I don't think they would have changed dates on it.  Tracks typically stick with the same weekend on their big successful events.  The ones you usually see change dates are the ones trying to find a good weekend to make money.
