Thank you for posting the link.  You can see Kevin trying to jump onto the side of the car and then losing his balance and falling backward to the track.  He was NOT run over as  was first reported.  Thanks to Donna for her work on slowing down the video so we can see this for ourselves.

Thats a very Brash statement Jake....Out of RESPECT for everyone involved....I think we need to let the experts do the evaluation! But I can answer what killed him...Stupidity

Its clear the wing hit him in the head, what else would cause blunt force trama? He didnt receive that severe of injuries just falling back off the car, come on people.. <_<

Here's what's clear .... What happened is classic Darwinism aka natural selection , the morons die of their own stupidity and it makes the species stronger . I don't feel bad for him because he comitted suicide I don't feel bad for the parents because they raised him to be that stupid , tony is the only one I feel bad for in the whole deal

People have died tripping over their own two feet and smacking their gourd on the side walk or slipping in the bath tub.

What's "clear" is all these expert internet detectives, medical examiners, and accident investigators don't know their azz from a hole in the ground......

If you dive into the path of an oncoming train I guess the conductor is at fault

Veteran driver Chuck Hebing was in the #45 car right in front of Stewart.  I am still waiting for him to make some kind of statement on what happened!!   Such might clear the air somewhat, but so far nothing has been heard from Hebing that I know of.  Maybe the cops are hushing him up???

I elect not to voice an opinion to the video, but I will say; I really hope all track owners and officials put in the proper rules and safety devices to prevent this from ever happening again at any track.
