It looked to me that Surra moved Challingsworth  out of the way for the lead..

IT'S NICE TO SEE THAT ATLEAST ONE PERSON ON HERE KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NUMBER 45 AND 48. I KNOW FOR A FACT AT THE TIME THE EVENT TOOK PLACE ON THE TRACK THE DRIVER OF THE 45 CAR WAS ALREADY IN THE PITS WATCHING FROM TURN 3 N 4. PLEASE HAVE FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS

Sup with all caps? You mad bro? Lol. Point being the 48 was middle to high on track then came down on leader being the 00. 53 made the best of it. My facts are straight as an arrow. A good arrow with a rage2 on the end of it

I agree toolbox3. Last nights show had just about everything you could imagine. Entertainment at its best haha unfortunate for those who wrecked. But was great for fans.

Even had a black lab on the back stretch and chased it around with a wrecker for 10 minutes or so. Dog took a shit in turn 3. If anybody has stinky mud on their face shield it's probably not clay

It was a great night. 53 n 00 put on a heck of a show. Farrel made it work on the extremely high side. SS's had a track clogging crash the likes of which are talked about for years. It's too bad that it had such a huge impact on the race line up. However, when most of the cars in first 5 rows are involved in the crash that's what happens. Pure stock race was good hard close racing as usual. Not sure where the 3 gets tagged for rough driving. The 3, 46, 15, 471, 83 and others have put on some darn close clean racing all season. Missed the Minis and FWDs so can't say much there. All in all, got my moneys worth.

My coment on the SS feature ,No driver is going to give up a spot ahead of another car when they line you up, even if he knows better! The way to win a championship is to have luck on your side.Like being teched and they tell you to get it changed by next week ,or have someone else drive a car with your # on it and the track still gives you the points when you are raceing at another track. Fellow racers wanted to put Jamie Prices # on a car to keep him up in the points after he got hurt at the track they said NO, what has changed  Like I said you need luck and _ on your side.

Pretty sure the rules allow you a substitute driver and still get points ona couple occasions. You arent allowed to try to qualify a car for feature and say you have trouble in heat put the # on another car for feature. Not 100% on this but I think that's how the rules are.

How about when they tech a car and tell him to change it for next week, then he does and the tech guys buddy comes the next week twice as bad with the same infraction because the tech guy isn't there that week. Hmmmmm

And won that way. But no one whined about it.

Good point. Tech should be ongoing and consistent. The Bird seemed like they were doing it but except for the minis it tapered offing last month or so.
