I've prob known him longer than anyone on this board. He was ok when he was younger when he got older one of the most selfish people I ever met. Ive heard a story or two about him nothing quite like this. I'll say when I heard this I wasn't completely shocked. I wouldn't have thought he'd do something like this but I always thought he was a creep.

I remember when we raced back at latrobe you guys never seemed to get along. I took it for a strong rivalry between you guys. I didnt realize you actually knew him before all the racing.

Some of that drama between them started back in the Go Kart Track days at Hunter Hill and Acme, etc. Meglaye always seemed to have a little bit of an "I am better at this than everyone else" type attitude. It was the same way in the Mod days at Latrobe from what I can remember. I never associated with him at the track, but I have some friends who did. They are shocked by this, but we were all kids at the time and a lot changes.

It exists last I heard, but no racing there. An old High School friend of mine actually built a house up there.

Wow, so much for being innocent until proven guilty...I cannot wait until it comes out that the "victim" is anything but. To the people defending him, thanks for not jumping on the bandwagon. I've known him and the alleged victim for years and it's obvious who had the unhealthy obsession, and it wasn't him.

Cant believe what I just read from Dirtygirl,  so your saying its alright for any movie star, pop star, nascar star or anyone, that has a young girl or boy that has a crush on them, they can have sex with them, take advantage of them. Like Huck said no 11 yr. old or anyone that is close to that age has a capable of making a decision. Dirtygirl you need help as much as he does, I think the police should be checking into you.

No, I am just someone who knows BOTH of them and when the truth comes out, her story is going to be exactly that...a story. I've done exactly what everyone else is...see something on the news and condemn the accused before they've even been found guilty. The only victim is Meglaye for ever getting involved with that family.
