Saw this in the news before I read it here. The whole thing completely sucks for all involved. I hope the justice system renders an accurate verdict, and I hope anybody involved who needs professional help after this is over gets it.

Some of you people on here are rediciolous. People love running there mouths before they know the facts. If he is innocent then remember he will be the victim here. If he didn't do it his reputation will be ruined.
I can't say if he did it or not but just because you don't like him doesn't give you the right to run your mouth about someone and hurt his reputation even more.

His reputation was ruined when they posted his face on tv and said that he is going to trial for touching an 11 year old child.

Like I said they could go on national television tomorrow and say he didn't do anything but I would still consider him a creep. Because he is. His reputation was Monday morning's garbage the first moment it came out in the news he was being charged, and it will remain ruined forever. Sucks that it's that way, but the reality is that a not guilty verdict or a dropping of the charges does not fix somebody's reputation if they've been accused of messing with kids. Nobody will ever trust him unsupervised around kids again.

I am not a family member. Just a family friend. Cant give up on that till the courts say guilty. Then I will agree with your comments but until then, cant agree with you all.

If you put yourself in the position to be accused of such a hideous act then you deserve to get your name drug through the mud. If what dirtygirl82 is hinting to is that she was the aggressor then he should have separated himself from her. Do not stand by the fire with a gallon of gas. Oh yeah, how aggressive is a 11 year old to a supposed adult dirtygirl82? If you put yourself in that position the you are GUILTY TILL PROVEN INNOCENT. You guys love to talk about the sanctity of the constitution on here, but most of you only seem to be familiar with the second amendment. There are quite a few more, basic among them which include the presumption of innocence. It's not a crime to be a creep. If the system finds he did what he was charged with, then so be it and he will be dealt with accordingly.

That picture with the police has nothing to do with his " rear " I personally hope it bleeds soo bad he has to wear tampons the next 20 years ..... He's lucky bam bam hasn't converted the United States to a full sharia law country because they castrate you for those actions before the execute you .
I bet if we went to some version of this type of judicial system (v.s. slow ass justice, or money wipes it away justice) we have alot less of this type of shit (including gun issues). No one is afraid of the consequences.........Make them think twice about doing some of this crap....
