i see on mylaps they changed it from #08 winning by 0.013 to #7 winning by 0.001 as for the transponder its must be mounted on right rear frame rail of the chassis 12'' behind the rear axle tube .

all transponders are to b on motorplate. been like that for years. as for the invert comment i won alot of races and i never got to pull the pill the track official did it for me says didnt get there in.his timeframe so things arent always as they seem. plus heats are divided at there desire to put certain cars in certain races...its not rocket science boys

On stocks its been that way for years. And as far as pulling the pill we won two heats and pulled each time. So that tells me you didn't go down after you got off the track.

see the part you dont get is heats get points and if u put one fast guy in with junk.he wins...then its a pill draw for him if it happens then it requires luck. what i am saying is alot of points are acquired with help. aside from that the flagman allowing guys to cut tires of other racers. hell thats how the 4th or 5th fastest giys win championships and features.

MyLaps doesn't know when a competitor leaves track and it's not recorded.

In the old days someone would note that competitor left the track and the note when they returned to line them up correctly.

When a competitor leaves track with MyLaps and then might not return and there is maybe several restarts for same lap causing more competitors to leave, MY Laps only knows who the lead car was for all the restarts and they get awarded points ahead of cars that took green several times.

So if your leading a race and get in a wreck/cause a yellow and don't return every car that took green for restart and then crashed on same lap is scored behind leader of first yellow till they get to another complete lap.

That is how Paul Davis lost the championship at Sharon by those few points.

Paul waited 35 years to win and even had track crew taking his picture as champ only to have a human eye make a differant call.
