Get used to it, a lot of gun shy promoters these days. Might as well start canceling when there is any chance of rain.

Only track around who will actually do everything they can to get the program in is Lernerville. They should get kudos for that. Look at the other tracks, Dog Hollow cancels because it is too sunny. Roaring Knob cancels after drivers are on the way and call and they are told yes we are racing only to arrive to find out the program is canceled. PPMS will cancel soon as it starts raining, it's a joke when they made Dow tell the 100 fans in the stands don't leave because we have not canceled when everyone knew they would be canceling.

It will take 3-4 days to dry the place out.
With all the snow then all the rain they have only had very few days without some form of precipitation,
Be patient dust will be flying before you know it.

But how may peple bitched when they ran the last regular season race!
The big problem is you can't keep everyone happy.

Maybe wellerfan can bring his ship to Mercer and race by himself. I was by the track about 1 hour ago, and it is flooded, especially the parking areas, the entire area is covered with water, even some of the roads, maybe some of you should show up with sponges and mops! Or better yet, buy the place, then you can make all the decisions.

I agree it is a weak effort. What would it hurt to wait until Friday night/Saturday morning. There will be tracks running Saturday, just go to one of them.

and Wayne county is running ALLSTARS that night so NO extra sprintsThen they raised ticket prices for next week. Which by the way, I don't understand. Bonnell is putting extra money on the line for all divisions, and they are calling it a special now? Kudos to bonnell as always for giving back to the sport, but why the increase in addmission? The track isn't adding the money..... seems weird to me.
