Well which part is not true? I heard he spent some time in the slammer recently but not for stealing a tractor.

I will state now, as absolute fact "Chargin Charlie Powell" of Mayport is NOT the driver of the 94 latemodel. You can spin all the rumors you want, I have confirmed this with a friend, who happens to be a state policeman. I'm just trying to keep this thread in facts instead of rumors. ITS RACEDAY BOYS!

Listen smart ass ... The kid that stole the tractors IS named CHARLES D. POWELL. 29, of Mayport PA. He IS NOT the same Charles Powell Jr. That drives the 94 latemodel. So many dumb asses, so little time. Funny, how some people just can't read!

I second that. I'd like to know how he is/was cheating. He's a good driver with a good car, that's not illegal according to the rules.
