Is interesting that the usual supporters are not on here telling everyone they are wrong. Hmmm. I can name three that jump on these posts like dogs to defend yet they are completely quiet. HMMM Again.

The silence is deafening.

I cant gurantee, but I can go ahead and say I am 95% positive that Mercer did not have Stateline in their ideas when they came up with this gem of an idea.  I dont think any Stateline cars would go to Mercer anyways.

You would be 100% correct. It was to pad the back gate with another support division during a special show.

I would think the purse paid out would be higher than the amount of added back gate??

Sounds to me like Frank is getting back at the two stock car drivers who got carried away friday night, and made fools of themselves in front of the Allstars. To bad everyone has to pay

Digging their own grave even deeper.....

Bill, Frank, Lou, Mikey and the rest of the gang up there will still be blaming everyone else as they jump in the grave.  So sad considering what that place should be...

a race for a completely different class of cars, in a location not even close to Pittsburgh will have no bearing whatsoever on this race......

The Lou Blaney Memorial will be at Sharon Speedway Saturday night.   All Star Sprint Cars for $10,000 to win and the BRP Mod tour for $2,000 to win.

Why would anyone attend Mercer, when they are trying to shaft another memorial race, when they can see All Star Sprints, Big Block Modifiers, and help honor one of the greatest there ever was n this

Area at Sharon. Doesn't seem like a very hard decision to make, does it??

I don't have a dog in this fight but if I was from the Penn Ohio Series I would return any sanctioning fees paid to me by Mercer and immediately issue a release stating we are no longer sanctioning any events there due to their decision to compete with another event sanctioned by the Penn Ohio Series.

I like the premise, but I doubt it will come to pass.

Another thought would be to boycott the LGN,s, but again, I don't see that happening, either.

Hey Vince,

Unbelievable what Mercer has done, but carry on! You have put together a great race and I'm proud to be a part of it. The racers will show for the memorial of your Dad and so will the fans, including me.
