They WILl be adding crates and DROPING the stocks

It's a win/win for Emig. If the field shrinks significantly to the point where they feel they have to make a change, then you can bet your sweet ass they will add either of the two RUSH divisions, likely the LM's. I like the Stocks there. They put on a great show most nights. I'm with everyone else. Why fix something that doesn't appear to need it? The answer is people getting their pockets greased. Why else the sudden urgency to go to an all crate class.

Im sure this tear down was due to so many people bitching over the years that Corey has to be cheating.  Accept reality...he's just a great driver.  Those that bitched are now proven WRONG!

2nd then I would think if he was running a cheating motor every other week he should dominant lol. Him finishing 2nd pretty much proves he ain't cheating.

So much hullabaloo over Corey McPherson. I'd bet he's pretty much a full time late model driver within a year or two anyways.

im assuming not many of you stayed around until the complete engine was torn down because you would know that the engine builder could not clarify the camshaft that came out of the motor, he also lipum tested the fuel cell ''positive'' for CHP.  Now the question i want to know is that even an ingram motor? because mike wouldnt cheat a 604.  im wondering if its one of those hendrick cheater motors or even one of those RPM motors because i didnt see ANY ingram decals on the motor like the other crates do...plus it had the yellow cable tie tags on it, im pretty sure everyone else has the silver fastrack tags...

The yellow seal tags are Crate USA seals which are actually accepted at more tracks than Fastrak seals. They are also tamper proof unlike Fastrak seals.

I know from experience that when a track says its to save the racers money, only costs the racers more.

Look at what spec tires did to save the racers money - what was suppose to be money for the racers goes into the tracks pocket. Dont preach the saving money BS that only goes so far! Its all about the Benjamins and that is the only thing the local tracks are concerned with. Not with the sport of racing!

If I have to buy LM's at $ 160.00 each and that's the only tire I can use it cost me $640.00 a set.
Now it's open tire rule do I run Hoosiers or AR's at $100.00each, need both brand because i'm not sure what tire I need tonight so now i'm at $800.00. I think a spec tire saves money and space in the shop and trailer.

" Stock Car " Racing was started as a sport for moonshiners for fun .. Crate engines kill the innovator unless your selling several  Brand engines , One Engine is BS! may as well be a Yugo engine! Mcpherson is a great driver that has a great car and gets the most from  that motor he runs . Put a 406 under him and he goes allot faster !

How could Lernervile : track of 3 top divisions that run wide open Clamed to fame .. go to mandate Gov. Motors !?  Weight is the Equaliser! let them spend 15000 on a motor .. but you have to weigh 3200 with an over 358 motor!

2600 crate motor

2800 spec motor

The only way to know he would go " a lot faster" with a 406 is to put one in an see .... Driving a crate is NOT the same
As driving an open motor

Surprised no one is talking about this yet:

http://www.pennlive....rt_river_mobile

GR: Purse structures aren't going to change here, and the classes are going to change. We made the announcement we are going to go with the crate cars in the stock cars next year, and that is going to be a transition, but the engines are getting so expensive for $350-to-win classes.

People are soooo fuking stupid .... That's like saying getting married is too expensive because some guy bought his Huss a 7 carat , d color internally flawless triple excellent Gia certified ring .... If the crate motors are winning fuking the majority of the races that means the guys spending more are wasting money.

The most expensive super late engines are around 53k and cost 13 to freshen after 800 laps ... And they race for 1500 to win at the ville ... Seems to me that's even more out of control than the cadets. Oh wait I forgot to mention there's very few if any ry45 based pieces there and they aren't dominating so you don't need them ....

Crate motors only benefit track operators, who think this will remove any need for tech and "even the playing field". lol lol. The guys that keep humping the crate motors will really hate yourself once they become the standard and GM makes the price whatever they want, and it's NOT going to go down. The crate will also remove any chance of any kid learning to work on an engine, thus like every kid out there they think they can just buy stuff from a catalog. How boring!!
