I know the internet can be bad for tracks, but it can also be good to.......word travels fast, and I believe Saturday night northern fans will flock down to see a race. keep telling folks, and then we can set back and enjoy......

Just got word from the management that Eriez rules will be in effect for Super Lates and E-Mods.  RUSH rules for Pro-Lates and Mercer Open Stock rules will apply for Pro-Stocks.

Official release and purses will be issued later this afternoon.

Sorry for the inconvenience!!

I am glad Tri City is back open. However, I am not sure why they had put the crates on the card when Pittsburgh is running a big crate race for 2100 to win. Now some of the guys who probably would have came to Pittsburgh like Blair could go to Tri City instead.

Exactly what I thought when I saw this... They are focusing on the late models, then why did they add the crates?  They could have had a decent show without them, and allowed cars to go race for more money....

Hot Dog, word of mouth is something. Wasn't it the June Tri-City race that Eriez had no crates scheduled, and 2 hours before the race said they would run if they got 10 or more cars....20+ showed up. Here's the purse btw.

The two tracks draw from entirely different groups of racers. I don't see them affecting each other all that much.

I don't see why it's tri city's job to schedule around Pittsburgh .... Seems to me the only one Pittsburgh schedules around is lernerville ...

And other than super late models, big block modifieds, or sprint cars, I don't see where it matters if PPMS were to schedule on top of Lernerville. It would probably severely impact PPMS' fan base, but car wise, I don't think it matters.

We had an anonymous sponsor provide some additional monies and they have been distributed through the bottom portion of the E-Mod and Pro-Stock purses.  Please see attached.

Also please note that the Penn Ohio rules package will apply for the Pro-Stocks.

We are sorry for any confusion.

That is a spectacular pay for a 1500 to win show. I hope you guys get the support you deserve for that kind of pay. The northern tier cars should definitely be there, and hopefully a few Lernerville/West cars. Might have to make the trip over there.
