I'm kind of surprised nobody has mentioned Rob Blair yet.

How about Bobby Marhefka, Paul Fess, Turk Burkett, plus Paul Wagner & Marv Kaufmann from Central PA.

Well if you never heard of any of these guys, newflash, you're not a Late Model guy.  Late Model legends don't begin in 1990.   Burkett and Marhefka were huge winners at Jennerstown, Gayland (South Penn), Bedford, and Motordrome  throughout the 70s and 80s, Paul Fess was a big winner in the 70s at both Motordrome and Schmuckers, Marv Kaufmann top dog at Port Royal in the 60s and early 70s, Paul Wagner another big winner throughout the 70s at Port Royal.  If you don't know these guys, then you couldn't possibly know the following who have already been mentioned:  Tom Dill, Ron Piovesan, Fran Gower, Bobby Goodling, Tom Peck, Dave Srock, Charlie Cragan, Bob Puz, Dan White, Buddy O'Connor, Frank Choura, Squirt Johns, Jim Netterblade, and Brian Muehlman.  So I'm curious, why did you pick my post to comment on?

The implication in your post was that you're a Late Model guy and I'm not, and the guys I Iisted couldn't possibly be dirt legends.

You don't mean Norm Benning do you, I know his dad's shop wasn't in Delmont.  Joe Mihalic was from down the road in Murrysville, but don't believe he has a son in racing.  Bill Rausch of Bethel Park ran well on both dirt and asphalt, but don't believe he has a son racing either.  You need to give me a little more information, lol.
