So, if greaseball has a good source of info, they've combined street/pure stocks, added limited lates, and dropped micro sprints? What did pure stock and 4 cyl pay to win last year? Looks like limited late pays a typical street stock purse, but they've essentially dropped 2 classes and added one. If car counts don't increase as a result, they will be charging more and paying out LESS than before.

The Late models had an average car count of 22 cars per night Total pay out for them was 4,100.00 per night Average car count for the Street stocks was 10 per night Total pay out for them was 1,745.00 per night, Average car count for the Pure stocks per night was 10 Total pay out for them was 635.00 per night.

So if you combine the Street stocks and Pure stocks and have an average car count of 20 cars they only need to pay 885.00 total pay out per night .

What kind of math is that?!  You're assuming that they're combining Pure/Street stocks and paying everyone the Purestock purse?  Don't be retarded!  Those guys wont race for $25 to start and $200 to win.  Just sayin.  especially if they're raising the gate fee.

Instead of speculating what Hummingbird is going to do 6 months from now why don't you just wait and see?  Unless your name is Peach, your word or what you heard is about as worthless as a $3 bill.  quit bitching about what hasn't happened yet, show up to the rules meetings a find out for yourself what the plan is for next year.

Greaseball's post says combined class for $250 to win, so it's not far off. (If that's true).

And folks with cars can't "wait and see". They have decisions to make. The work preparing for next year has already started for many.

Just curious why would they even think of dropping micro sprints when that was one of the biggest classes they had?  I call BS

Do you think if you combine pure and street stocks, 20 will show on average based on averaging 10 of each last year? Highly doubt it.

The latest news from Louie is No new classes. The rules will stay the same. He did say he might have to raise the pit fee because of the rising cost of insurance.

I heard the same thing from Peach.  If any changes at all they will be very minimal from last year.....so Let the building begin!
