Lynn Geisler and John Flinner never ran any other Saturday night track on a regular basis other than PPMS.  I don't know where you got your information but it sure as hell ain't right.  And while the physical plant is sorely in need of attention, you won't find any better racing anywhere.

I'd beg to differ that you couldn't find better racing on a Saturday night. Tyler County is close enough that it could be considered in the area

Tyler is 2 hrs away from ppms and has the best side by side racing around!

Not a big fan of bull rings, and don't care for the dust bath at Tyler Co.  I prefer the high speeds and the wide racing groove at PPMS.  JMO.

Maybe they didn't go to another track but they quit running Pittsburgh.  Mid-late 90s.  I may be wrong about it, but that's how I remember it.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

Wasn't Wearing, Jr. a regular at Challenger in the Smith Transport car in the mid 90's?

He was driving for Al Geisler, (Lynn's cousin), in 95-96, NAPA sponsorship I think. Car # 17, usually Ford powered, but Al had a Chevy that he didn't like.

I believe he drove for al geisler #17 then smith transport. I know he was in kieth yunks # 26 late 90s at Lernerville and challenger. I dont think he ran PPMS regular in any of those cars.

Always ford powered and always blown up ... Pretty sure the only feature they won was with a borrowed Chevy ... Harold Eatmon built the fords , but they had malcuit and several others and nothing stayed together ... They may have been the year flinner wrecked Lynn and then wrecked himself and Lynn purposely plowed into his wreckage ... So those 2 may have been suspended and the geisler 17 May have been blown up the same week... Back then it was red that everyone hated not matt lol

Yeah, ole Johnny Boy had a real hard-on for Lynn for awhile there. Come to think of it, he had a hard-on for anyone that passed him.

That may be it Legend.  I was out of town for a few years and only got my racing information by going to the track web pages.
