Been a fan of Alex and Ed for a long time. Who's car was Alex driving in East Bay?

Unless Tim starts to improve his showings in the 47 car, if he even gets that chance, I think they may have found a qualified replacement in Ferree. I think it was shown last year that the finishes where noticed by the driver change.

I believe the 47 had 5 driver last season. Tim Shaffer, Jason Rider, John Flinner Mark Moats and Alex Ferree

Alex is one of if not the best local drivers , it's not fair to compare his finishes to tim schaffers in a late model

I agree Jon. But, a lot of people thought Schaffer was just going to go out and be as fast as other late model drivers. That just doesn't happen very often, look at schatz, hole new ball game going from a sprint car to a SLM.My only point is Alex Ferree has given the 47 owner a chance to win everry time he straps in the car.

Alex also brings a lot of parts to fix the stuff to. The other guys just brought their driving suit and helmets remember.

Ferree has been by far the best driver he's had in the car, and he's got results to back that up, so he's going to get more opportunities to drive it. It's not nearly as complicated as some of you are making it out to be.

What EVERONE seems to forget is that this whole "47" deal hinges on MIKE JOHNSON ..... He will be driving it as soon as he "un-retires" . Alex has loyalty to the 10 car , & will be racing that car where it's owner chooses . Tim Shaffer is loyal to his sprint car deal where he makes his money . Alot of things happened at the Johnson camp to bring this situation about & I will not repeat what I KNOW for a fact . I know them VERY WELL , for a long time . Just remember BLOOD is thicker than water !!!

Miley, underfunded. New hauler, yes, I do not no if it was purchased new or used. 2 cars that have the best of everything on them. How can you say he is underfunded ? Why, because they choose not to go to Florida ? I think Jared is a very good wheelman. In his RUSH car he is without question a odds on favorite, I don't care where he's at. For some unknown reason, there team does not have that same performance when they roll out the SLM. Does he do well YES. But, he should be battling guys like Alex Ferree week in week out. And that performance is just not showing. You cannot say it's because of under funding or equipment. I don't know who there head wrench turner is. I have seen him on some nights look like they got it. Then on others there out to lunch. Could it be horsepower ? Because that crate car is on rails. There SLM car, JMO, not so much.
