Its the makeup of the dirt/clay . Its just naturally dusty . Same as interstate 79 speedway was and tyler county is

I think where the lights are make the dust look worse or better .... If the lights are around the outside of track , it looks worse for drivers , but better for fans in the stands . If they are in the infield facing outward it's better for the driver but looks worse in the bleachers ??? Just my 2 cents

Meanwhile all I ever read is how awesome Tyler County is.

 

Tyler County is definitely awesome, but it's strictly for hardcore fans. it's dusty as all hell, but the racing is excellent. Bring some goggles and a bandana to cover your mouth, and you'll be fine. Plus, it's a good getup for knocking off one of the gas stations on the way back home, if you're into that sort of thing.

Totally bummed out... went to mercer this weekend... and snow, the track was so snowy... wish those track prep guys would get it right... good thing though... at least the dust was under control...

Sorry... couldn't resist had to start complaining obout something at some track somewhere...
