Like the above comments, the only way I see that high of a car count is if a multi-tier rules package was presented.     One that would try to put a crate, 8" tire street stock on the same playing field as a 434, all roller 3 link.      While the street stock rules are getting closer, The street stocks of western PA are a lot different than the street stocks of eastern PA.   If planning something in Central PA, it must pull cars from out East, and NY IMO to get that high of counts.

 

Big Picture, a "Western PA street stock"  is built on a more open rules package than most of the country.
