Sucks when you get caught, cheapens and devalues all your past accomplishments.
I guess their focus will be Lucas series races for a while...oh well.

OUCH !!! I believe Bloomquist is on a Hoosier deal. Chasing the 6 car just got harder. I guess we won't be seeing him at the firecracker. Be nice to see the 6 car show up. Satterlee's name on that list did surprise me. I wonder if more had the chance to get tires off before tech came calling.

The way satterlee drove to the rear in the b its hard to believe he had juiced tires.

The question is, did they test more than just those 5?
My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

They tested the top 3 in every race that mattered all weekend.

I know Owens has been busted before for doping his tires back in the NDRL days. The only pattern I see with the guys who got caught is that they finished upfront in one or more of the prelim shows. None of them really ran good Saturday. Bloomer didn't make the show and Saterlee sucked. Makes you wonder if these guys figured they wouldn't take samples on the prelim nights only on Saturday. I know if you are a dirtcar member you can appeal. Not sure what good that would do. You would either have to say your crew did it without your knowledge or you were sold tires that were juiced. Neither of those reasons will fly. I'm sure lots of this crap happens locally when drivers know they will never get checked.

It truly is funny how the internet cowboys and the "bleacher creatures " on these racing boards have not a clue to why this is happening. Funny how their naive LOL replies have no merit to stand on.
Walt Wimer with your years of knowledge in this sport has not a clue why this is happening. I guess making that sort of comment will add to the gossip columns. If you have the facts then so be it.
Scott Bloomquist ... Juicing his tires knowing full well he would be tested. Give me a break....
Ricky Thorton .... Bought his tires from the track... Takes a couple of days to juice a tire. Think about it idgits...
Gregg Satterlee..... As clean a race team out there with Gregg and his dad Gary.
Too bad Gregg's image will be forever tarnished because of this asanine construed B.S. along with Brandon Sheppard. These guys will never recover from being "branded'' a cheater.
Bloomquist and Owens will be able to weather the storm because they both have rightfully been convicted of tire doping before. But these other 3 are being rail roaded and wont be able to weather the storm and will probably cost each of them a ton of money trying to clear their names.
The political agenda and the WoO can go to Hell..... Bring on the legal teams !!!

You really think anyone who gets caught doping their tires is going to come out and admit that they did it? Better yet with all the cars there why would they pick those 5 in particular to bust? We get you are a Saterlee fan, but he got busted doping the tires. Even if Robby Allen did it without him knowing, it is still cheating!

A political agenda?? 27 of the 32 tested had zero issues passing the tire tests.
So your theory is WoO/UMP were out to make an example out of Bloomquist and Owens and the other three are just victims of circumstances??
You sure seem to have "inside information" that this is the case so since your quick to call out Walt Wimer put your money where you mouth is and back up your claims with actual facts not your opinions....

OK genius, how exactly does banning drivers for no reason benefit UMP/WOO when everybody is struggling to get cars as it is? It doesn't always have to be a conspiracy. I think there's an argument that maybe the testing process is flawed, but to say it's a conspiracy against non-UMP guys is far-fetched.It truly is funny how the internet cowboys and the "bleacher creatures " on these racing boards have not a clue to why this is happening. great logical post as always GH. I think out of the 5 the only one I could maybe see being tied in wrongly is Thornton Jr. He just showed up at the track and drove the car. So if the team doped the tires up he would not even have known about it.
