Why would anyone release anything to a racing gossip column knowing that legal action was probably forth coming?

That's all I have to say and enjoy yourselves thrashing this out.  By the way I do follow Satterlee fairly close along with Austin Hubbard and will be keeping track of Ricky Thorton as he is going to

be a up and comer.

Have a nice day ......

One of the major product sponsors on all of these cars has the stuff as the featured product on their website. Stop being so naive, everyone does it, they just got caught.

Other sanctioning bodies have just recently issued PR's for tire doping as well. Why would UMP try to keep it a secret? Possible legal action is completely irrelevant.

It truly is funny how the internet cowboys and the "bleacher creatures " on these racing boards have not a clue to why this is happening.  Funny how their naive LOL replies have no merit to stand on.

Walt Wimer with your years of knowledge in this sport has not a clue why this is happening.  I guess making that sort of comment will add to the gossip columns.   If you have the facts then so be it.

Scott Bloomquist ... Juicing his tires knowing full well he would be tested.    Give me a break....
Ricky Thorton .... Bought his tires from the track... Takes a couple of days to juice a tire.  Think about it idgits...
Gregg Satterlee..... As clean a race team out there with Gregg and his dad Gary.

Too bad Gregg's image will be forever tarnished because of this asanine construed B.S. along with Brandon Sheppard.  These guys will never recover from being "branded'' a cheater.

Bloomquist and Owens will be able to weather the storm because they both have rightfully been convicted of tire doping before.  But these other 3 are being rail roaded and wont be able to weather the storm and will probably cost each of them a ton of money trying to clear their names.

The political agenda and the WoO can go to Hell.....  Bring on the legal teams !!!

Do you actually think this is the first time these guys did this ? And I'm not talking about Bloomquist or Owens ..... The others have done this before , just been lucky enough not to be caught !!!!

Pretty sure, the Dream and the World, are DirtCar sanctioned, DirtCar, UMP and WRG, are all partners.

Doesn't make it a world of outlaws race. Ring Gear is implying it's a conspiracy against these 5 guys by the WoO LMS, when they are not involved in that event in any official capacity.

You are right. It was not a WoO Race. But,it was a DirtCar UMP race. So, it falls under the same group. Which means, they can't run SummerNationals, either

According to a release just received from DIRTcar, four of the five drivers have already filed appeals!!   The appeals will be heard on Monday June 27, clearing the way for Bloomer and Satterlee to run the Firecracker as their suspension is on hold until the appeals are heard!!

"To clear up any confusion from the recent World Racing Group release, which said that I have been disqualified from the Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora Speedway due to tire cheating, I would like to say the following. I am adamant that I did not cheat my tires in any way. I've never done this in my career and never will. I've formally filed an appeal with WRG, which will be heard next week. Until then I will be allowed to race in WRG events, and will do so this weekend at the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway. I will not stop fighting this until I'm 100% cleared of any wrongdoing. Thanks so much for everyone's support in this matter."

Maybe they are going to pull the crabs from a toilet seat excuse. There was so many doped tires out there that they picked it up from the track.

It's why they have a right to appeal. 2 people read the same rule and you get 2 different opinions. So 4 out of the 5 already are appealing ! So who didn't file a appeal ?

Somebody who thinks this is all some kind of grand conspiracy by the WoO. WRG has absolutely nothing to gain by dqing and suspending drivers at a race that isn't even sanctioned by the WoO.
