Make sure no one here decides to get into commercial bldg. WOW. In most cases, and yes it may depend on bldg. size and YES tonnage, which in fact will determine if you need to dig down into bedrock to pour concrete and re-bar. Sure if it's a housing development they are going to want clay and topsoil to do final grading and seeding. But most larger bldg. will scrap it all off to get to bedrock. Just 30 yrs of experience talking so fire away.

Yes don't trust somebody that bankrupt a business then had never watched s race at his track
