Low admission brings people out!!!!! Track's can't survive on just the die-hard race fans, and it will get worse the more they do that!!
GOOD RACING!!!!
Walt
Let me try to paraphrase it a different way so I don't offend.
Low admission, tow money, a reasonable fuel price and money at the window after the show brings racers out!!!!!! Track's can't survive on just the die-hart racers, and it will get worse the more they do that!!
edit: Is that better and ain't the whole reason for fans there, to see racers race?

It's nice to see the place open and the new management trying to make a go of it.
Personally, I like outlaw late models like they run in MI as well as pavement sprints/supers, but J'town management had to work with what the locals can provide.
Nothing looks worse than a shuttered race track; last month I drove to Boone, NC on route 421 and the sad remains of North Wilkesboro speedway looks haunting and downright sad.
Support divisions on pavement usually put on the best show with their full tilt driving style, but I think 4 cyls should be on a smaller track.
Wish them the best for 2017.

I think maybe Jennerstown is like the Clearfield area. It's just too dang far out in the boonies away from major cities for most to driver too and there ain't enough local racers and fans to support a track anymore..
