i am hearing things are up in the air at marion center speedway this year? what has the rest of the racing world heard so far?

NOTHING!! No press releases received so far this year!! They send out results, but unlike tracks such as Lernerville, Mercer and Sharon, they never send out any pre-race or mid-week releases.

That might be because they have been rained out every weekend so far......

Facebook page is working fine.
They posted yesterday about the practice they were having last night for the go carts on the little track.

NO! I just bought a case of aluminum foil and a grounding strap. Now what do I do with them?

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

Stand on a roof rapped in foil. Make sure to use the grounding strap. Let us no the outcome of that feat. Please.

Alex Ferree wins the LM feature by half a lap. was never really challenged. 18 LM, 13 started feature. Glessner 2nd i think. 71 5th, Beck 6th. No Blose! nice run by the 28 car. thought it was Clate Copeman but it was not. very poor PA last night could not get many names. Could not hear who was in the 61 car. SR1 broke in heat race.

Um, it's looking a little stormy out. Are you sure that's a good idea?

Is it becoming obvious the 10 car wants to go race on Saturday were at least a field of cars is present ? The monster only has 1 heat and how is the feature pay out being determined ?

He went to PPMS on Saturday just last week and was there most weeks last year. I don't think it's a case of him wanting to go where there's more cars, it could be that they want to travel a bit on Saturdays to places that are easier on motors.

I do believe Shaffer was in the 28s.

Bacon maybe the pay window also, unfortunately, the pay out for the SLM at ppms has surely changed.

He did the exact same thing last year, splitting Saturday night between PPMS and Marion Center.

I believe pms held a race that was for the provisional and not give it to the highest points guy or gal like it has always been in past years. Anyone confirm this?
