Most series these days are a joke. They have a few drivers follow them, and average car counts. Tracks are better off saving the sanction fee and entry fees and putting in their pocket or back into the purse. Ultimate is infamous for low car counts in all there regions.....sometimes that get good counts, but normally less than full fields.
Wow ok.
ULTIMATE Supers average car count is 26.8
FASTRAK Pro average 28.3
Real facts.

The real facts you presented are average, as opposed to excellent/impressive, counts; on average only 2.8 and 4.3 cars, respectively, load up before the feature. A low number of events coupled with one or two events with high counts can inflate the average, making it much higher than the typical car count. It would strengthen your position if you presented the counts for each race.
The point of the post you quoted, as I see it, is that there are few drivers that attend all events (perfect attendance). Do you have the numbers for how many drivers in each series have attended all events held?

Nothing to brag about. The All Star Sprint Cars brought in from 27 to 42 for their 5 western PA races in the past couple of months. And the 27 was at PPMS on a Monday after rain on Saturday. All the rest were 30 or more.
GOOD RACING!!!
