STEEL VALLEY PRO STOCK NATIONALS EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT ENDS JANUARY 31^ST - - PRO STOCK AND ECONOMOD DRIVERS, CAR OWNERS & FANS START PLANNING FOR THE BIG EVENT!

January 20, 2019 (Sandy Lake, PA) Preparations for the biggest pro stock and economod race are underway – the 2^nd Annual Steel Valley Pro Stock Nationals at Sharon Speedway.   The $10,000 to-win, 75 lap pro stock and $2,000 to-win economod main events will take place on Saturday, June 15^th, with practice and qualifying for both divisions on Friday, June 14^th.

 

Drivers, don’t miss out on the early registration discount by submitting the registration form with payment by January 31^st.  It is a $100.00 discount for pro stock drivers as the price will increase to $150.00 from February 1^st to May 1^st and then to $200.00 after May 1^st.  Economod drivers will save $40.00 as the price will increase to $50.00 from February 1^st to May 1^st and then to $75.00 after May 1^st.  Early registration will help promoters in planning the event, so don’t miss out on the chance to save!  Entry forms for both divisions are attached and available at www.pennohioprostocks.com and www.sharonspeedway.com.

“Last year’s inaugural event gave us an opportunity to evaluate what could make this year’s event even better.  Adding the economods will allow pro stock drivers more time with car preparation and provide fans with more racing action,” stated Dave Willoughby, Sharon Speedway Track Promoter.  “We discussed changing the format and decided qualifying both divisions on Friday’s portion of the event will make a better program on Saturday.”  Pro stock drivers will qualify from heats and B Mains instead of the Alphabet Soup format.  A separate B feature will be added to the program giving those drivers not qualifying for the A Main more racing opportunity.  Economod drivers will qualify from heats and B Mains.
