It seems like Greg Beach is the new flavor of the week for stock car setup help.  He clearly has something figured out with his suspension package and is copy/pasting this with anyone who is willing to pay him for the setup.  For such a long time, Chris Schneider's setups have been nearly unbeatable but lately it seems a portion of his business has been stolen by Beach. 

 

The question to me is, when the ELM at PPMS rolls around in under a month will Beach show up to run with the big boys or will he stay at home?

 

Interesting to see how this will play out..

There is allot more to Chris Schneider than setups
Not sure about Beach but I did notice he won at Pittsburgh
Setups dont work across the board because of driving styles

I dont know of any Pittsburgh car that ever beat the 55 except punch him in the nose for a crappy slide job ( and he deserved it )
Correct me if Im wrong but the 55 is the king
He designs them builds them tunes them and beats everybody ass in them
Beach who ??

Yes, it is more than just setup sure, but due to physics there are things that work and things that do not for ANY driving style.  Beach won many features at PPMS last year yes, but when the big boys came to play (Penn Ohio), he couldn't be found.

be interesting to see Schneider go up against Beach on the racetrack to not only compete for track position but also customers off the track... ELM DRAMA!!!!

Beach is the new Crew Chief for Alex Feree, if Feree is racing somewhere that is where Beach will be.

 

He  will race when Alex's schedule permits.

who win the ELM in 2016 it wasn't schneider it was todd weldon in the 45 he drove around him....so he can be beat.

Weldon and the 45 are very capable to win the big race. Beach needs to step his finishes up to be in the penn Ohio guys capable of winning the big one.

Question is
How many more Latemodel budget people will be coming DOWN to the stock car division to race Todd Weldon
And the King and Jeff B and the 16 and the 64 and the 54 etc etc !!

Im not going to elaborate, but this is the most ridiculous and misinformed post and responses Ive ever seen.

All Im going to say is that I am good friends with both Greg and Chris. I talk to each of them daily. There is no animosity between them. And the majority of the content that has been speculated here, isnt even close to the truth.

Chris and Greg are both good guys. I hope Greg is there. I know theres a ULMS race the day of the ELM. Ironically it pays less to win than the ELM does. Would love to see Greg compete in it. He told me he wants to hit a few big Stock races this year and Alex understood. Hopefully the ELM is one of them.

Chris is going to be tough. At the Pittsburgher he literally pulled his back up car off an open trailer sitting outside, started last and nearly beat everybody (except Fosnaught) to clinch the Penn Ohio points after he had problems with his main car. Wish I had 5% of his talent.
