Racers run from money, because it means competition.

Matt Miley put up $2,000 last night and 13 showed up, so they're not really helping their own cause.

Here's the big picture: https://ppms.com/wp-...urse-Payoff.pdf
Who knows what the final payout will be with the posted schedual talking about starting 20 cars and showing payout for 24 cars.
What is the 12 car payout on the right???? >>> probably a lot closer to what racers would get then the sudo 24 car payout with STATING ONLY 20 CARS WILL START
They post numbers for 24 cars but in black and white say they will only start 20. Is it a mistake or planned negotiation or flat out changing payout after the racing? They've done it in the past.

By the looks of this past Friday nights crowd I think you've been replaced by other fans. It was a very healthy crowd.
ditto, was not a bad crowd
And bought a nice piece of pork side meat at THOMA'S MEAT MARKET on my way to the track.
First time there at Thoma's and it won't be my last after the great experience I had there being well taken care of with the special cut of meat I bought for frying over an open fire tonight or labor day. WOW, the steaks I saw being cut and leaving while waiting my turn in line were fantastic looking.
Well worth leaving a little early for Lernerville to get to buy at Thoma's Meat Market. I think the owners son took care of me but I'm not 100% sure of it. If it was and you happen to read on here, again nice meeting you thanks for the hand shake and I'm sure to spend a nickel or two in your store again.

No sales pitch from me either I got great service from them and meat I could not get in town.
I was totally surprised by the place and partially grew up in a local store having had to cut some meat myself. Nothing like Thoma's with the limit of my experience being able to cut a rump roast out and tie with little waist in the process. I've thrown more then a few legs of beef up on the hook again after slicing off a round steak roast on the band saw. And done the same with square cut chuck delivered from the real butcher.
