The bottom of the turns was choppy, but it was def slick everywhere else. Drivers even said rubbered up. 17-18 second lap times also say it was a junk track.
That is only because they made the bottom so damn flat now all that water just lays there. Two years ago when it was banked it would have just drained right off the surface.
