Gotta make the junk look competitive.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

200 lbs ? Kiss, Kiss rush. If the track slicks off, which come sportsman time it usually does, everybody understands the open motor won't matter. Be curious to see if any show up.

Ridiculous on the weight rule. Would you rather have 10 rush pro stocks and 5 opens or 5 rush pro stocks and 20 opens?

Also have you seen the pricing? $75 pits. $20 entry fee plus another $25 temporary Dirt membership. $75 to camp. $40 per golf cart. $40 per quad. It’s insane.

That’s 3100 for a 350 that doesn’t have the $1000 dollar bolts
Making the sport less and less attractive for some

With the cost of running a sportsman type car, if you don't have a fab'd chassis your not going to do well, and with the purses today I can only see fields getting smaller and penn Ohio getting stronger. Lernerville I thought would have been smart and noticed what Vince has done with the Laboon race and what sharon did for the penn ohio shows they had. Wrong, keep kissing her lernerville, your far from the facility you wonce were.

Well as virgin pointed out if you go for 3 days as a racer and decide to camp out which is cheaper than towing 3 days. Your spending 235.00 and that's if you have a cart or a quad. 195.00 without. Next there going to say if you have more than 2 people in your camp thats going to cost you more.

They already said you get one vehicle per site. Now you have to pay extra per car per site. So if I head up and then my wife comes after work and my son comes just for Friday and Saturday we have to either park cars and walk or else get stuck paying more $.

We're going to stampede with our 7s prostock 358 engine...added weight which sucks but whatever. It's a business so I see them eventually going to Penn ohio no matter what. We put on a great show and have great group of people running the deal. Good luck everyone and enjoy the show

So just some quick math given the above:

Let’s say you’re a penn Ohio Pro stock.

Add 200#

4 guys pit passes $75 each or $300
You want to camp so $75
You have a quad $40
Your wife comes up after work tomm to stay at the camper. Doesn’t want to walk a mile to meet you. $75
Entry fee $20. Non dirt member fee $25.

$535 to physically be there for $125 to start. That’s a shame.

Didn't the Penn-Ohio Pro Stocks average 30 to 35 cars at their races this year?

It's $1000 to win are you racing to win or racing to start that's the shame you know what else is a shame you're a pessimist how about this math 1 pit pass $75 the rest of your guys pay their own way in since they're adults you want to camp but you'd rather save money so $0 for camping try staying in a hotel for $25 a day not likely you don't need a quad so $0 for quad $70 for your wife because if she's coming tomorrow she only needs a 2 day pass ok $20 entry fee and $25 dirt fee you can't get around that looks like $190 to be there for $125 to start if you cry about that you'd cry about anything I feel bad for you liberals always looking for something to be mad about turn that frown upside down Lernerville is only charging you $190 to play with your $25,000 toy for 3 days at their facility that they maintain and pay for that's about $63 a day and they're going to give you a check when you leave.
