There's a very simple solution to some of you guys issues.....

Head to the Lernerville office next week and sign them a check for a $30k sponsorship and dictate to them how you want it paid out.

Pretty simple right.....

Close but you left out a few key elements. The workers buy their own supplies, the cost of which have multiplied, and the wages haven't gone up a single penny in this century. Fewer employees every week are willing or able to continue to work there. So now, rather than compensate those bringing in the value to the company from their own profits the owners of the company have brought in a guy who makes a huge amount of money taking a percentage of peoples' injury settlements.

Next time you need a personal injury lawyer, try working it out for yourself and see how well you do.  Your "ambulance chaser" reference is highly offensive as you seem to use it as a synonym for lawyer, when in fact, it applies to a minority of practitioners, and definitely not to Mr. DiLucente.

Poopy pants
Racing is the ultimate display of Capitalism and so is Trump !
Trumptards as you call them .. or bitter clingers as the Muslim who’s grandma said he was born in Kenya called us is the Welfare and socialist king ! He added record numbers to welfare food stamps and Ss disability and Transgender Procedures paid for by military benefits all while building the worst economic presidential record in History !
The legacy is shIt! He is shit and he even looks like shit 3 out of 3 ain’t bad!
And there’s allot more talking about it to come !
Stay tuned!
Trumptards don’t race for start money poopy . They race to win or somewhere near the front
There is nothing welfare about racing
There isn’t any Participation trophies like you expect to get !
When someone crashes in front of the whole field .. they just look stupid and in your case short and stupid
And .. I voted for a black man before the hate America Muslim even became a Senator

Thanks for another episode of mindless lunacy, tinged with a little racism.

Why do we have to talk about politics on a racing forum period ? My political opinions are mine and they are personal. If you don't respect the man then respect the position. If you disagree with who got elected, then maybe you need to run for office. Most political rants are just that and nobody cares to hear it.

its because DavyLee is a racist moron who always turns these posts into some nonsense about politics. The board would be a better place if he was banned and we didn't have to read his stupid chit

We certainly need to talk politics on a racing forum when there is 1 of the parties that are the very people that will pick up on anything that they think harms the environment . They would have a field day with a sport that they feel wastes precious fuel, burns rubber of tires into the clean air, not to mention unfiltered exhaust and dust and mud runoff from the racing surface. We need to be educated with which party is out for our best interests and future.

If I need a lawyer of any type the outcome will already be undesirable for me, and lucrative for the lawyer. That's how the system is setup. That statement is already more about politics than I want to get on here. As I said, he has every right to buy ad space, mentions or whatever other consideration he is getting from Lernerville.

It’s always the race card! Better than a get out of jail free card !
But Political correct is defeated and that lie don’t wash anymore
Thanks D for your tolerance in your mind as a friend but you have always been misguided in thinking what you see on TV is the way and the truth and your protecting me from my misguided understanding of things
I cherish your heart for that and your low budget determination and condition that brought us together!

What you see on TV is the lie of fake news who are companions to the deep state and end of the American way.

Your generation is far in years and 30 years past the fleecing of America by the likes of the Biden’s , Clntons, Bushes
Obama was a Creation of the swill and not the cause .. he is just a deciple of Louis Ferakon and all CHANGE America because it was founded wrong.
Trumptards as poopy pants put it won 2600 counties
That’s 6 to 1 over the swamp !
That’s 85% of the land mass of the United. states!

Like the man above stated
YOU
and I mean all of Racestud are a bunch of redneck idiots in the eyes of the Elite Swamp in Washington
And would take away your rights to make a passenger car a Racecar and almost did it !
It’s well document !
There is no more silence of Mainstream America ... and it aint on 2,4 and 11 what is mainstream America
Barry Soetoro ( Barack Hussein Obama ) set up a Coo against the 2016 Elected American President and it is now a full fledged Criminal Investigation ... so like I said
STAY Tuned
You heard about if on Racestud more than 2 years Ago .. and now that it is underway you STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ABOUT IT
Fake News ..... Racing’s Number 1 Enemy !

Yes, it would be great if his participation on this board were just like him at the track, non-existent.  He really thinks people give a rats ass about his opinions and mindless rambling and name calling, even though he really doesn't have the slightest idea who he's actually talking to.

Extremely highly unlikely.  His delusional ass probably thinks people actually respect him and want him to stay.

I was talking about the drivers, using the worker/wage analogy that was presented earlier. I'm pretty sure Don Martin was the last promoter to raise the purse at Lernerville and he died in the early 90's, so the payout has not gone up this century, (wages in the analogy), the cost of equipment has multiplied and the proverbial company has restricted what equipment the "employees" can use, further exacerbating the expense to payout gap. Instead of paying the "employees" more, Lernerville has made yet another deal with another devil for a bonus lottery.

I'm not saying that sponsorship is a problem, and this ambulance chaser has as much right to buy space as anyone else. I don't like the lottery/bonus aspect of it. How often at Lernerville does a King start on the pole? Random chance doesn't pull the number 1 pill every single time.

You would be wrong, World Racing Group raised the purse several years ago when they capped the starting fields at 20 and the initial pill draw and feature redraw is done in public, in front of drivers/crew every Friday. So unless Smoky Shemp is a master of slight of hand, you need to stop talking out of your ass as if you know what the fvck is going on, because you clearly don't.

I'm not sure you know what welfare and socialism are if you think either one applies here.

When fans and drivers want the money evenly distributed throughout the field and for everyone to get a free pit pass, that is the definition of socialism and welfare.  Again, talking out of your ass!

It's a show.  How much love do you have to give to the show?

Some actors are quickly noticed for their talent and are in demand because of their talent.

Some actors with little to spend, spend every opportunity they have for as much time on the stage as possible to learn their craft.

Some actors spend their own money for time on stage learning their craft.

Some actors spend others money for time on the stage weather they are interested in learning their craft or not.

Some actors succeed and make a living performing their craft.

Producers/Promoters are there to earn money off of customers of their craft be it front row center, on stage or back stage.

The only problem with the deal are the ethics of charging lesser actors to perform, who bring both their time and costume to stage.

Though the show cannot go on without them, the cost to perform for those not in the limelight is high.

In the show of Racing the cost to perform is there even for those in the limelight and it results in a reduction of pay for the evenings performance.

Racing is by definition a two man show but it will not fill the seats of a stadium as a two man show.

For any show to go on those in the limelight must be taken care of and if producers/promoters do not do enough to attract a paying supporting cast they will loose their show.

An example of the worth of support needed by all of those not in the limelight at Lernerville would be the front gate results if the Friday show only presented it's four classes of racing with two cars in each race.   Time trial all and put the top two in each class out on the track for the feature.  It would be a race and there would be both winner and looser.  Sometimes the feature two car race would be close and sometimes not.  Payout all the same money but pay it to just first and second place.  The same top cars and maybe more would be in the pits to earn a spot in the two car race each week.  There still would be yearly points earned by who from those there to time made the feature.

Fans bitching about back markers and those who should not even race because of what their love of racing and skills can afford or provide, would get their wish.  It would be a producer/promoter dream.  Time trial, turn on the lights for an hour or so and take your pile of cash made off the limelight all the way to the bank.

This is all about my fun writing it and it means nothing beyond that.  :)

I wrote in the above post:  "It's a show.  How much love do you have to give to the show?"

Let's not forget the kind person who expressed his love of racing in the form of a gracious gift to all of us.

Seems like there are only a couple of us on here willing to say thank you and we appreciate your expression of interest in our passion.

You are free to be as wrong as you want, and you are. Socialism means that the government is involved in the wages. I also don't hear anyone saying that everyone should get paid evenly. I do think the purse for all drivers should go up.

I did say that I was pretty sure. That means that I was not/am not certain, but I'm not going to take your word for it either, because, well, you have already shown that you have no problem calling me wrong when I'm not.

Just to be clear, since I have been accused on this thread of talking out of my nether regions, I don't have any delusions that I am all knowing. There are things that I have observed, things that I have surmised, and things that I don't know at all. There are members of this forum who know far more than I do, and I have found myself in disagreement in perspective with them at times. Sometimes those are legitimate disagreement in observations, and sometimes I needed additional information. That's one of the reasons I am on here.
