Expanded tire rule for Super Lates. Hoosier 1300 or harder. Open motors back for stocks, crates get 200 lbs and 2 inches on spoilers. 10 percent purse increase

Instead of complicating things because there probably are only enough out there to put a little over half a field of cars on the track, just do away with them.  Let them run under the stock rules till their engines need rebuilding.

Hmm, maybe you don’t know as much as you think you do. Let it be a lesson to not always make assumptions.

Crate and open was good racing. I like this move very much. This way there will still be the pay to play guys, the build it yourself guys, and the guys who are buying motors. There are drivers who know how to feather the throttle, and drive off the corner, but to do so you need enough motor to back out of.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

The stock guys already have their motor and rules and are not getting hurt at all except for cowing down to RUSH and giving RUSH cars an advantage.

What's not fair is all to RUSH advantage.  At least it's something to allow more racers to compete and not the restricting crate class.

blue by you first off when Lernerville made it a crate stock  class only NO OPEN MOTORS people on here including me got all twister and yelled foul. Now things change and OPENS can race with the Crates with some rules. So now are we going to be glad the opens are back OR are we going to complain about the rules. Big sorry guys but it is what it is you can go watch have fun or stay home and pout your call.  Just thankful you have racing and are able to go.

This is ALL GOOD opening up the stock class to more racers.

If the feed off of racers crowd doesn't get help from it, does anyone really care?

Thank you Lernerville first time I saw anything out of Lernerville for the racers in a coons age.

no kissin up just a real wholehearted THANK YOU, from this fan

First 200 lbs lighter plus 2 inches of spoiler added for a crate is a big deal. 100 lbs I could see. Time will tell but I think something doesn't sound fair with this deal. Let's not forget sportsman run last on that track and that will always have a large impact as to which set of rules will have the advantage.

Im all in favor of the motor rule. I can build a better more powerful engine for less money than we have in our 604. And I can rebuild it for much much less than the $3000 they want to rebuild a crate.
