The Eric Witherite Memorial is being held this evening at Pennsylvania's Thunder Mountain Speedway, sanctioned by the Morton Buildings World of Outlaws Late Model Series, paying $10K to win the 50-lap A-Main.  There are Thirty-seven (37) Super Late Models in the pits tonight.  In Group A qualifying, Boom Briggs was fast at 15.990 and in Group B it was Brandon Sheppard timing in at 15.751.  The Semi-Late Models and the 4 Cylinder Front Wheel Drive Cars are also on the program tonght.  Results as follows:

Last night was my first time there. Definitely tucked back in the country. Was a pretty good show.  Didn't take long for the new clay to peel off tho.  Sat with a guy that goes there regularly. Once the dust turned yellow, he said they were back to the old surface. He said it was probably a record crowd for the facility. See what night 2 brings. 

Definitely a BS move Zeigler pulled on Chase Junghans.  And Chase told it like it was.

Geeesh, flash I'm with you. Now on to the good stuff. Bloomie !!! The washed up hippie that is broke, does drugs, etc etc etc looked pretty darn sharp. I will say the car looks different they way it's getting through the corners. Maybe the old washed up goat finally got something figured out.

He started on the front row. That helped a ton after a lot of good cars got taken out
