The best thing about the Hummingbird/ThunderMtn/Hidden Valley semi lates is the shock and spring rule, keeps the cost down a bit

I'm good with their shock and spring rule ....I can get a balanced car with fixed rate shocks and linear springs .....I 'm not a fan of their "no bump stops except right front" rule ....A rubber bump anywhere just makes a thinking guy faster ....they don't cost much ...I but the tube in 2ft lengths and cut to fit

I don't see where it says they for sure dropped Fastrak.  Rush still runs their sprints at Tyler and it is still a Fastrak sanctioned track.  Didn't know if I missed it somewhere or not.

I doubt they publicized it yet, but I talked to one of their regular drivers that attended their rule meeting. Is what is boils down to is Latrobe does not want to pay the heavy price of fastrak Sanction ($1,000) they need to realize with out Stan Lester's Series the car counts will dwindle. Rush would be better than noting but going completely unsanctioned is a recipe for disaster
