The DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour Night #2 at Illinois' Kankakee County Speedway has been rained out. In addition, tomorrow evening's race at Illinois' Peoria Speedway has also been postponed.
The decision was made keeping the best interests of the drivers and fans in mind, with thunderstorms projected at race time at Kankakee tonight, and the Peoria pita area already flooded and needing time to dry.
Poplar Bluff (MO) Motorsports Park, originally scheduled to host both tours on Monday, June 22, will not have the track ready for their race date and has decided to cancel their program. Peoria has agreed to take the June 22 date, and Kankakee will fill the open date on Monday, July 6. Both Peoria and Kankakee will host both the DIRTcar Super Late Models DIRTcar Modifieds.
