One last call for Stateline, I have 6 that have said for sure they will go but really need at least 8 or 10 to really make it worth wild. It will be on Friday the 12th and I think the hotlaps start at about 7 so let me know. Also has anyone heard about Waynesfield, heard a rumor that they are planning on running next Saturday night from several different people and have not seen anything in writing yet. So if anybody knows let the rest of us in on it.

This post was a suprize to me so I just phoned Cub. He said "there are no more races at Waynesfield this year." He also said that they are planning a banquet and trying to set up a possible auction to benefit Hank Zimpfer. Cub says any info will be posted on the track website when they get it all in order. That is all that I know. I have no info about date, time, or anything else.

kindly let us know.

Just out of curiousity for all the others?????

Who's in, with what?

(we're all racers, so I think we know the Why portion of the question, the when portion of the question, and the where portion of the question).

shall we try to race?????

sorry injunear...i guess im a lil used to my "texting slang"...let me re-word me post... "If the group went to Stateline JD+D Racing would like to go as well...so add another to the list...hope things work out!" lol I appoligize for the misunderstanding; it would just be me driving, as "we" was refering to my family and i.

Got an email from Scott at Stateline and he said he would be glad to have us so all is set for next Friday the 12th for us to race. Lets see if we can get a couple more to go and we will make a party out of it. I am bringing the heater and maybe even kerosene to put in it this year and maybe even some gas for the generator. For those of you that were not able to make it last year I think the temp got down in the mid 20s that night and I ran out of kerosene and gas so we all froze but not this year. And if its the same as last year they have fire rings if you want to start a campfire.Roger

Ok.......The folks from 9cents racing have finally talked me into it. I would like to prove to everyone that I'm not a bad person and partake in this event so that I can go out on a good note as long as it's fine with everyone else. If anyone is going to drop out because of me then I'll simply back out. The trucks that you mentioned I enjoy each and everyone of them and it should be a fun time. I just hope Stateline will give us the opportunity. have you heard from them Roger? Hey Jess......you probably have turned quite a few laps there in a kart haven't you? I really like it when we were there last season. Anyway....talk to all of you soon =)

I dont have a problem with that Dan and I got an email from Scott today and he said come on up, and I would like to see a good turnout for it since most places are done for the year. I know there are a few of the trucks going to Lawrenceburg but there is still alot of them sitting so get them out and blow off the spiderwebs and lets go racing. Roger

Roger,

As far as I know we are the only ones going to Lawerenceburg. Do you know of any others? Hom-e is not able to go now due to being out of town.

Not sure but maybe Charlie Overly will take his trucks or not to the burg.........and didn't Hicks say he was thinking about going? I think the Burg would be a great time but you'll spend a lot of money. The event is one awesome weekend though if you love racing.

'SOK NEW2...... naught a problem!

The WildWon

I have heard that Charlie is taking 2 trucks but not sure but that is the only ones I have heard about.

Hmmm.

I heard a rumor, (just today), that a total of THREE (well prepared) trucks from CO welding & fabrication are going to the 'Burg.
THEY might just be going with enough preparation to do.......... Simply OK and very respectable!!!

The last I heard, also one from the Sheriff team, too. (can anyone verify this???).. You've been pretty quiet, Mike....

let us know what your plans are, OK???

There will be plenty of racing at the 'burg, AND some very valuable ($$$$) competition.........

As we said before, Good luck and complete safety to any who choose to go & wrassle with them!!!!

HOWEVER,

I'd just bet my very LAST 9 cents that it won't be as MUCH fun as one night at Stateline, with
the guys/gals we know how to race with, WITH not nearly as many expectations, with the rules already given, to just show up & have FUN!!!!!
(AND get our end of the season ending, winter FIX!!!!)

If anyone's not sure, c'mon up to Stateline.

Let's race AND have a little FUN!!!!!.. (you too, Dan..... I don't think anyone will mind that you're piloting a truck that you know, and just wanting to have a little FUN , again.)
