Nice..... Let the guy clean the place up, get some stuff painted, mow the grass get the track back in shape... all in preparation for a lease that you were never gonna sign...Nicely played....Sounds like Mr Black got schooled. Lesson learned???? Have a signed lease in your hand before you put your time and money into someone elses property....

I guess what I'm saying is for all the people calling them cheaters because the lab doesn't get it wrong.... Can't say they have been cheating the whole time because in the past the lab said they were clean. Therefore no they haven't been cheating the whole time.
