well these guys that are planing on running a 604 next season. need to buy the same motor that Mcpherson runs. i think its called a token 604 built by rush.

McPherson had a crate before RUSH ever got involved with stock cars.....you people are hilarious!!!

Rusty Nuts: they rarely get teched. And I will never believe any tech inspection where the motor is torn down by the guy that built it and the series promoter is standing right beside them.

When McPherson was torn completely down to the bare block at Lernerville, Mike Ingram helped take it apart (Because he is the motor builder) but he wasn't the one teching the car....RUSH has a motor builder that techs the cars. He weighed every piece and sent the camshaft out to be tested. Mike Ingram did NOT tech the car....get your facts straight or quit bitching. Again, when McPherson won this weekend at the stampede, Mike Ingram was there to help take the parts off the engine but did NOT tech the car, the RUSH tech person was there again. Mike is there to help properly take off and put back on the pieces that are teched. You obviously have no idea what goes on during tech, you just want to run your mouth because you know everything.

Lernerville is hands down the nicest track in the area, there will be some people who don't come back, but there will be people who sell their open engine to get a crate and continue to compete.

The Friday night crate only sportsman race was just as exciting as a regular sportsman night at Lernerville. I keep seeing people talk about how slow a crate is and it's boring. In the meantime, on a slick track (like a lot of nights at Lernerville), the open motors are going slower than the crate motors because they aren't able to get their HP to the ground, they are just spinning tire.

You can't bash a crate if you have no idea how it works, how it runs, etc. If a crate sucks so bad and a crate is so slow please tell me how drivers like McPherson and Franklin and many others won all those races at their local tracks against open motors? (I shouldn't even say this because I know the answer will already be something along the lines of 'cheated up crates'...lol)

Everybody wants to talk about how RUSH is a joke and bad mouth Vicky and talk about how you can cheat up a crate...but they are going to be the joke when they try all that and get caught.

Miley was leading, pushed over turn 1 hill by 2nd place Max Blair (111). Caution came out and Miley went around the track and hit Blair before coming into the pits.

Miley led the whole race, personally Blair deserved it and probably should have been DQ'd or pushed back a few positions for it. Glad Jacob Hawkins stole the win from him.
