For those who didn't attend, I will have highlights and interviews on this week's "Pit Pass". I will say this to all of the haters and skeptics out there... the announcer made a good point that these drivers didn't "drive through" one another. Granted, there weren't many cars to fill an entire race with side-by-side action... yet there were passes that were methodically set up while racing bumper-to-bumper and door-to-door. I'd much rather watch that than some of the "caution-every-two-laps" stuff I've seen at some dirt tracks where it takes 7 to 8 laps just to get the field realigned... only to have another crash a lap or two later. There's a difference between a race and a demolition derby.

Actually, there is talk of random drug testing for 410 Sprints drivers. Obviously very preliminary, but supported by both promoters and drivers.

On a side note... if no one has ever seen this track before, we will have a feature story with Promoter, Steve Bard, and Race Director, Justin Semple, on this week's "Pit Pass".
