Mark,
This is not about the Fenton's and him. this is about his constant behavior problems, using his car as a projectile in the pits and spinning people out on the track and bragging about it, to have nothing done about it. I do not need to prove to him that we can race with him; that has been proven, actually that is when the problems with him starts. The last thing I will ever do is shake his hand, I have no time and only ill feelings for him. I am not alone in this either; I am just the one that is fed up to the point that I am not going to let it drop. there are several avenues to fix this, I have had many people contact me about witnessing the event as well, and willing to make witness statements.

If I was the crew member I would be pressing charges. That is assault with intent to bodily harm a person. If the track don't do it let the police handle the matter.

The 55 had no intentions of taking the 15 car out; Denny nor I want the responsibility of hurting someone or damaging someone elses car on our conscience, but the last time at the Connor Memorial was the third time he did iit intentionally and this time he told the track crew and anyone else that would listen he did it intentionally; guess what it will come around.

dylchris sorry i didn't mean it by intentionally but i know at some point it will happen i just didn't word it correctly. I wouldn't want to see someone getting injured or damaging someone else's equipment.

HAHA Hoffner gives a lot of people breaks on the track! That might be the funniest thing I have read on here for a long time. Go back to stroking your boy Luke! Haha

Yeah there is a lot of people that like stroking Luke. I would have to agree there has been a past between the 55 car and the 15. But the fact of the matter here is nothing is being done about him coming down into someone else's pit and injuring other people at a race track. I will bet my paycheck if the 55 did this or any other car they would of been thrown out. All I am trying to say what is good for the goose is good for the gander. No track will get respect until they stick to their rules. Once a track starts turning their heads to certain rules that they make they will lose cars and fans that go along with that car. All I ask for is fairness, but I guess we live in a world that isn't fair anymore. Guaranteed if that happened anywhere else he would of been thrown out. Also for the record the 55 was going to take the 15 out because of all the crap from the weeks prior to the 15 car taking him out and nothing was being said. Until the track officials stick to their guns and if people get pissed off because they are sticking to their rules then they shouldn't be racing. Yes your going to piss people off but if you do it to one you better do it to all. Also if I was Dan Gill I would be pissed because he could very well be points champion but it isn't going to be because of the favoritism that is shown at the track.

You people simply amaze me ! Number one , yes Hoffner can have an attitude but show me any true race car driver that doesn't. #2 People shouldn't run their mouth on here if the don't know what they are talking about! #3 I know for a fact that Hoffner gives a lot a drivers a break on the track, I personally think he uses his brake to much, but that's just me. Imagine the carnage if he didn't cut guys a break all the time. # 4 Fenton has been pushing his buttons for a couple of years now. Luke was in line to go out on track and a Fenton crew person was up at his car just screaming at him, previously Hoffner received numerous phone calls that Fenton was going to take him out that night. Put 2&2 TOGETHER I WOULD BE PISSED TO. #5 WHAT THE HELL DOES Clinton County have anything to do with Hoffner?? # 6 If he is such a bad ass why has he been voted fan favorite driver at 8 different tracks? Apparently somebody likes him and his driving. #7 He was disqualified for not scaling after a race he wasn't disqualified for being lite on the scales. So please if you must run your mouth on here have your facts straight and know a little bit about what your talking about! # 8 really I couldn't care less either way but if these guys whining are tired of getting beat , its time for them to step up their game!

Yes a race car driver can have an attitude but when the attitude endangers other people is so uncalled for. Spinning rocks and dirt in someone else's pit is very immature. I am not taking sides yes Hoffner was Dq'd for not going over the scales i stand corrected thank you very much but the thing is if you go into someone else's pit aggressive manner you can be dq'd. Also in the various rules if you are dq'd twice you forfeit all points for that season. If this was any other race car driver they would strip them of their points. But since it's one driver that would of been dq'd because of this mishap and forfeit his points for the season they did not pursue with it and call it a matter between the drivers. But to me someone could of been seriously injured. Now on the taking out part, i am not sure how many times that Luke has spun drivers out or taken them out. I know of a few times that he has spun the 55 car around because he passed him. One time he never even lifted and drove right into the side of him. But nothing was done with him. I see a big favoritism going on here and it's not fair to other drivers. That's why a lot of drivers leave a track that Hoffner runs at because if he don't get his way he whines and cries.

hes the whole reason clinton county went down the drain really luck tard denny spun on his own easy to see

Well just so you know i wasn't talking about after the race i was talking about what happened in the pits before the races even started about when a driver goes into someone else's pit.

No one, drivers or crew members, are permitted to enter another persons pit in an aggressive manner, doing so could results in a disqualification

Any driver disqualified twice will lose all points accumulated for the season.

This is what i am talking about. This is straight off AMP's website.
