Product identification is key to fan interest.

People need to relate to a car or brand. Bow Tie or Oval even if it is and older version.

Most people can't tell who is who or what is what without a score card.

We need to get back to the old days when the Chevy & Ford fans had something to cheer for.

Racing is very different than the old days and that's for sure but when you can put 3000 + fans in the stands at a local track it shows that people still want to see racing.

Dave Wheeler just posted on J Town  FB group page about talking to someone about running the track on a limited schedule this year.

Hey!!  Mr. Wheeler, it's next year now.

It takes everyone to make a track work.

Look at the likes on Facebook,

Question, where were those people on Saturday night at J Town.

Motor Drome has been open for years with less than average car counts

How long does a track have to be open for racers to support it.

I've said this before, if don't support your local track you will read about them in Lost Speedways.

It seems that there were four or five local cars that came last time.

The question was what would it take to support a street stock race at CNB.

There are five local cars plus--- WHO?---JMMR said he had two, that's seven.

No one will promote this race without knowing if anyone is interested in it.

This is the time to tell the promoters that you want to race.

pay-out  tires and all the rest don't mean anything if the race doesn't happen.

People need to step up and say that they want this race to take place so one of these promoters can make it happen.

I was told that Big 10 series is interested in racing at CNB as a companion event with Super Cup.

The people that operate these series know each other from the pro cup days and may actually be talking for real.

Which would be better Big 10 or a street stock race using cars from around the area.
