Thank you! To give everyone a little about where I'm headed with this. I'm 50 years old. Grew up with some level of race car in my fathers shop all the time. My dad and uncle was drag racers, but my grandfather was a fabricator/farmer that loved dirt racing. In 1970, my dad started helping a guy with a 30x90 and from there, it grew. Everything from Sprint cars, late models, street stocks to him even helping build a Busch Car (Xfinity Series now) driven by Brad Teague. I grew up at, around and on dirt tracks. I've driven most of my life in some form of racing other than 8 years I spent in the Marine Corps. Just recently I've been noticing that it seems true roots racing is fading. Even to the point that guys are building CLONE vintage cars. The world is full of knock offs. When I found this car and heard the story that it was the real deal, I took a chance. I want race fans to be able to see where the sport we love progressed from. I have found out from reliable sources, teo of the drivers, the original owner and family members, that this car is 95% restored to it's true original state. It's important to me to keep the truth of the car and its history alive.

Thanks for your help. So far I've been able to get some info on the history of the car. Still waiting to find out more. I would still love pictures if anyone has them. The car was ran as #41 and driven by Don Kimberling from 1968-1971. I've talked to Don and it was awesome to connect some truth and history of the car. I called Spencer and found some new info. The original owner was Don Kimberling. 1968-1972. Larry Woods bought it in 1973. Anyone have phone number or info for Don? I know Larry has past on, but if anyone has info to the family, that may help to.
