From what I understand, the driver was having some difficulty exiting the car and requested that it be rolled over with him in it. While there is some risk of injury in doing that, keep in mind the two horrible fiery accidents this year with cars upside down and the drivers trapped inside.

Port is scheduled on the same night as Lernerville this year. It was the same situation last year. Port's date works well for them as it is their first day of their county fair, and this event is the traditional start of the fair.
Dog Hollow is actually the night after.

The Hummingbird Semi-Lates rules are similar to Bedford Hagerstown Susquehanna Bedford Hesston Semi Lates with a few differences. A car could be built to be legal for both. Main differences are no adjustable shocks wet sump and cam lift rule at Hummingbird vs. head work wording at other tracks.
