From where i sat i saw the 92x rear bumper was dragging and the 5t front boot ripped off, pretty easy math there really. Maybe the shove was a little different than you saw? Upon initial inspection, from Larry, before any races started, he asked that a shock bracket be removed as per the weekly rules dont allow some of the open stock rules. The bracket was removed, carb inspected and car scaled before the heat race. Larry placed the weight sticker on the car himself. That car had a target on it as soon as it pulled in the pits for the simple fact that whoever started crying about an outsider coming in started a rumor that obviously you were gullible enough to jump on Johnny. Back up and try to be more professional, what ever team you work for will be more successful. The 92x went last to second in 8 laps with plenty of race to win but the rest of the field thought it would be just fine to smash all hell out of a car because they "thought" it was illegal. It's a shame that as racers, the stocks at mercer bang the way they do. Lil guys car count last year was pitiful, I'm sure this year will be even worse. Folks complain about the stocks at that track and they should! It could be good racing but the drivers just wont allow that to happen. Congrats to the 717 crew on the win, looked clean and patient

Come get some ya chicken shit. 2 folks complained about my car. The same 2 guys I kicked out of the tech shed before i let tech look it over. Tech man was good, track promoter was good, not sure what Im supposed to explain. Awesome run to Steve Aurthurs. I wish we coulda had at least a couple laps side by side but thats racin. The couple folks that thought they would muscle my team into letting them take over and give them free op to gain some knowledge..um...no. So glad "wild bill" mentioned Chuck Powell from Bubbas chassis, engines, racing supply. Now I dont have to point out who the guy was in the tech shed claiming to be the TECH guy,and bitchin the loadest with expert "wild bill" in tow. Such a shitty show. Advertise a special, Let berts, brinns blah blah blah run, throw a 50 lb weight on the bell rule in 5 days b4 the race, then when the outside guys actually show up to run, tech the cars after not techin all year with a so called tech guy that has a car that runs the same class and won the dam race for christ sake. Real good call Hummingbirdspeedway Outside drivers will just jump at the chance to come race at your facility! Come enjoy the fun and BTW way if your not a regular, special or not, the parts vendor, Chuck Powell and his side kick Bill, will be happy too act as tech men and look all over your car. They are only trying to help out the tech guy with his duties! Im pretty sure your local driver was happy with his win and the only people complaining were the couple guys I bitched at being where they didnt belong. I didnt ask to look at that car, so why be the dick to try to LOOK AT MINE? BTW racfuel01, if you need instructions on how to properly pump a engine, Speedway motors has a very good step by step article on cranking speed and how a pump actually works. So many teams have been considered illegal because "some guy" said this is how it works. Ive delt with pumps and assumptions for 20 years now with every tech man within 200 miles of my shop. NEVER yet have I been proven illegal. My stock car engines have set fast time all over this state and into ohio and New york. Maybe the folks that design the pump should call you for advise on how to run it! Hell what do they know? I ran a 700 CI small block that night AND PUMPED 404 LEGIT, with your sneaky ears listenin. Lil guys is one week away, the best stocks in our 3 to 4 state area will be there. You guys man enough or is this thread gonna die right here? I'll save ya a spot in the pits "wild bill". Seriously though I did hear competitive shit talk racing is coming back. Maybe you should put a resume in for the tech guy for the series.LMFAO. Just so I can put this to rest I decided to speak up. I drive the 92x, and believe me Ive been driving and crewing on stocks for 20 plus years and I have never climbed in a car that is as smooth as the one i have now. Petermanbuilt chassis is by far the best stock chassis out there! As much as "wild bill" wants to claim its round tube and has NASA trick stuff, it is actually just a very well thought out and designed stock framed car. No heims end trailing arms, no trail or lead, no 3 link, no fancy spring rod bullshit, just a solid built, put a set up on it and DRIVE it car. Petermanbuilt cars are designed for drivers and teams that have experience, not guys that jumped in the game and dont understand what makes a car work. We spent almost an hour in the tech shed just to prove to the promoter of the track and the tech man that there was nothing special about that car other than the team that built it and runs it! Teams win races folks. They had all the time in the world to look it over and I wasnt leaving till they were 100% satisfied. BTW "wild bill" If you dont understand how an engine can pump 404 ci then everything I just mentioned is probably Spanish to you as well. Bring it fella, although I doubt you will do anything other than run your gums and cry the blues. What were you and the parts vendor doing in the tech shed anyway?
