#451189 Latrobe Sprint cars

Posted by baldtireman on 09 October 2021 - 09:10 AM

While the car count left something to be desired, the racing was intense....would rather have fast guys start in the rear,as the extreme speeds made for little passing....Thanks to Latrobe Speedway for trying to give the fans and racers another venue....P.S.....The track prep was especially good.....L7

#449727 Why????

Posted by baldtireman on 25 May 2021 - 01:01 AM

Why do both tracks feature 410 winged sprints on Saturday,May 29th......There aren't enough cars around here, and when tracks do this,it splits the fans,too....INSANITY.....

#444026 Just so Sprint racers know extra cost at Mercer Saturday

They ought to add a grounds pass fee for the spectators, and triple the concessions charges, too. Registration fee is BS...How soon before the Porta-Johns are pay toilets....I guess this is what to expect when there are more people in the pits than in the stands....

I'm usually very critical of racing shows, but this one was quite good.....Great track prep, good racing, large car count, and reasonable finish time.I hope PPMS made enough $$$ to consider another show.... L7
