Nobody threw me out. I retired after 38 years announcing races. The new announcer is Jim Ballantine. He has been around the sport for a long time, has great knowledge of the history of racing in our area, and will do a great job announcing at Mercer.

Tim is an awesome guy. I talked to him recently, and he decided to sponsor more cars because the Tomson's are making a comeback with Lernerville.
